Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with your booking at Luxe Skin Lab, you agree to the following: Appointment Fee: A non-refundable fee is required to secure your booking, which is fully redeemable against your treatment or products. Cancellation & No-Show: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No-shows will be charged at 100%. Clinical Suitability: All treatments are subject to a medical assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best clinical interest; in such cases, your deposit may be transferred. Arrival: Please complete your Medical History prior to arrival. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, with full payment still required. Privacy: Your data is handled securely under GDPR. You will be added to our newsletter updates but can opt out at any time.
