Welcome to Luxe Skin Lab. By booking a service or purchasing a product from our clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure the highest standards of safety, clinical excellence, and fairness for all our patients.
1. Booking & Cancellation Policy
To maintain our clinic's efficiency and dedication to patient care, we require a secure booking process.
Appointment Fee: A non-refundable appointment fee is required to secure all bookings. This can be made through our online booking system.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.
2. Your Appointment
Arrival: We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will endeavour to perform the treatment, but your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next patient. In some cases, the treatment may be cancelled if there is insufficient time to carry it out safely. Full payment remains required.
Medical History: All patients must complete a Medical History Form via email prior to arrival. This information is vital for your clinical safety.
3. Treatment Suitability & Clinical Rights
Patient safety is our priority.
Clinical Assessment: All treatments are subject to a professional assessment. If our practitioners deem a procedure unsuitable for you, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a more appropriate treatment.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in the patient’s best clinical interest.
Clinic Rights: We reserve the right to refuse service, amend prices, and update our policies or terms at any time.
4. Packages & Courses
Validity: Packages are valid from the date of purchase.
Usage: Unused sessions after the expiry date are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We recommend following your practitioner's guidance on treatment frequency to achieve optimal results.
5. Gift Vouchers
Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this date, vouchers become null and void.
Redemption: Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Security: Luxe Skin Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. We do not offer replacements for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.
6. Loyalty & Referrals
Loyalty Scheme: Points can be earned by signing up for our newsletter, booking treatments, or purchasing packages. Points are redeemable in values of £25, £50, or £100 and have no cash value.
Referral Program: Receive 10 points (£10) for every successful referral. A referral is "successful" once the referred individual completes their paid appointment using your unique 10% discount code. Points will be deducted in the event of a referral cancellation or no-show.
7. Finance & Payments
Payment Options: We accept all major cards and cash.
PayitMonthly: Third-party finance is available via PayitMonthly. Use of this service is subject to their specific Terms and Conditions, which must be agreed to upon application via their platform.
8. Privacy, Data & Communication
GDPR: Your data is handled securely in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not share your information with third parties.
Medical Records: Your medical history is stored safely and must be updated every 12 months (or sooner if changes to your health occur).
Newsletter: Completion of a booking/course automatically subscribes you to our email updates. You may opt out at any time by advising a member of our team or clicking unsubscribe.
9. Complaints Procedure
We aim to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
How to Raise a Concern: Please submit your complaint in writing to [Insert Email Address].
Timeline: We will acknowledge your email within 3 working days and aim to complete a full investigation within 28 days. We will provide updates if further time is required.
Escalation: If unresolved, we will provide details for escalation to the appropriate medical regulatory body.
